Enroll in Camp Unique
You can enroll in any Camp Unique session by completing the application and mailing it to us with the required payment or faxing it to us with your credit card information.
Forms are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Reservations are accepted throughout the year.

If you would like to have an application mailed to you or have special requirements regarding dates, call our office during business hours at (800) 260-CAMP (2267) or (818) 871-9870 internationally.
Camp Unique office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm Pacific Time in the USA.
Ways to reduce your fees:
1. Be a school respresentative and receive up to $100 in reduced fees.

2. Host a Camp Information Night and receive a $150 reduction in your child's fees. Just invite friends and family who are interested in Camp Unique to your home for a short presentation by the camp owner or directors.
3. Sibling discount: 5%.
